摘要

本文总结1例穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性胃炎胃痛患者的护理体会。基于辨证施护理论，给予中医特色护理技术耳穴贴压和穴位按摩，治疗期间配合饮食护理、用药护理、疼痛护理及康复指导等，有效缓解患者临床症状，减轻疼痛，从而提高患者睡眠及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chronic gastritis and stomach pain treated with acupressure combined with ear acupressure. Based on the theory of dialectical nursing， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques such as ear acupressure and acupoint massage are given. During the treatment period， dietary care， medication care， pain care， and rehabilitation guidance are combined to effectively alleviate patients' clinical symptoms， reduce pain， and improve their sleep and quality of life.
