摘要

本文总结耳穴贴压疗法联合心理支持治疗1例肝癌射频消融术后患者肝区及胃部牵涉痛的护理。患者入院后完善各项评估，基于中医理论指导进行辨证，实施耳穴贴压、辨证施膳等中医干预，同时应用心理支持。经治疗，患者射频消融术后肝区疼痛及胃部不适症状减轻，疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing care of a patient with liver and stomach involvement pain after radiofrequency ablation for liver cancer treated with ear point application therapy combined with psychological support. After admission， the patient underwent comprehensive evaluations and was guided by traditional Chinese medicine theory for syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese medicine interventions such as ear acupressure and syndrome differentiation diet were implemented， along with psychological support. After treatment， the patient's liver pain and stomach discomfort were relieved after radiofrequency ablation， and the therapeutic effect was significant.
