摘要

本文总结采用脉冲射频结合富血小板血浆及三氧大自血回输治疗1例带状疱疹后神经痛患者的护理体会。通过对患者实施日间手术的护理模式，总结疾病发病机制、日间手术的方案及护理要点（术前检查准备、预约排程、术中配合、病情观察、住院手术护理、术后健康指导及术后随访），有效减少患者术后并发症的发生，患者疼痛症状得到缓解，促进患者术后康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with postherpetic neuralgia treated with pulsed radiofrequency combined with platelet rich plasma and autologous blood transfusion of large amounts of oxygen. By implementing a nursing model of daytime surgery for patients， summarizing the pathogenesis of the disease， the plan for daytime surgery， and nursing points （preoperative examination preparation， appointment scheduling， intraoperative cooperation， disease observation， inpatient surgical nursing， postoperative health guidance， and postoperative follow-up）， the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients is effectively reduced， pain symptoms are relieved， and postoperative recovery is promoted.
