摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合中药塌渍治疗脑卒中恢复期患者右踝疼痛的护理体会。患者入院时右踝疼痛评分5分，属轻度疼痛，安静平卧时持续痛，在完善各项临床检查后患者中药膏摩联合中药塌渍治疗4周，并配合常规护理、情志护理及健康宣教。干预4周后，患者疼痛评分3分，患者自诉右踝部疼痛较前明显缓解。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of right ankle pain in stroke patients in recovery period treated with traditional Chinese medicine cream and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse. The patient's right ankle pain score was 5 points on admission， which was mild pain， and continued pain when lying down quietly. After improving various clinical examinations， the patient was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine sloughing stain for 4 weeks， combined with routine nursing， emotional nursing and health education. After 4 weeks of intervention， the patient's pain score was 3 points， and the patient complained that the pain in the right ankle was significantly relieved.
