摘要

本文总结经筋火龙罐干预1例肾虚血瘀型膝痹患者的护理体会。首先对患者进行中医护理评估和诊断，根据诊断制定中医护理计划，最后实施护理措施，包括情志护理、辨证起居、辨证施膳、经筋火龙罐疗法等。经过干预后，患者疼痛、入睡困难、夜尿多等临床症状有明显缓解。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome treated with huolong cupping therapy based on meridian-sinew theory. Firstly， Traditonal Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing evaluation was carried out for the patient， TCM nursing diagnosis was made， TCM nursing plan wasformulated according to the diagnosis. Nursing measures included emotional nursing， daily Life and dietary nursing based on syndrome differentiation， Huolong cupping therapy based on meridian-sinew theory were carried out to relieve the pain， difficulty in falling asleep and nocturia of the patient.
