摘要

本文总结1例温灸器联合穴位贴敷治疗结肠恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀的护理经验。通过给予患者中医特色治疗（温灸器、穴位贴敷）与常规护理（病情观察、饮食护理、情志护理及生活起居护理）后，患者腹胀症状得到有效缓解，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 1 case of warm moxibustion device combined with Acupoint Application in the treatment of postoperative abdominal distension in patients with colon malignant tumor. After the patients were given TCM characteristic treatment （warm moxibustion device and acupoint application） and routine nursing （condition observation， diet nursing， emotional nursing and daily life nursing）， the symptoms of abdominal distension of patients were effectively alleviated， and the quality of life of patients was improved.
