摘要

本文总结1例高龄患者在多发伤后行股骨干骨折闭合复位髓内钉内固定术及经皮球囊扩张椎体成型术的术中护理经验，护理要点包括术中体位管理过程中压力性损伤及低体温预防。通过压力性损伤术前评估，低体温风险术前评估，制定术中针对性的护理措施并实施，使患者顺利完成手术。患者术后预后良好，顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the intraoperative nursing experience for an elderly patient with multiple injuries undergoing closed reduction and intramedullary nailing fixation of femoral shaft fracture combined with percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty. The key nursing points included pressure injury prevention during intraoperative positioning management and hypothermia prophylaxis. Through preoperative assessments for pressure injuries and hypothermia risks， and the development and implementation of targeted intraoperative nursing measures， the patient successfully completed the surgery. The patient had a good postoperative prognosis and was discharged smoothly.
