摘要

本文总结1例颈部淋巴结结核伴失眠患者的中医适宜护理技术应用和中医特色护理经验。在加强常规护理的基础上，运用中医辨证思维，针对患者证型实施辨证施护，实施耳部全息铜砭刮痧和耳穴压豆改善患者失眠症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the application of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate nursing techniques and the experience of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for a patient with cervical lymph node tuberculosis and insomnia. On the basis of strengthening routine nursing， applying traditional Chinese medicine dialectical thinking， implementing dialectical care for patients based on their syndrome types， implementing ear holographic copper needle scraping and ear acupressure to improve insomnia symptoms in patients.
