摘要

本文报道1例罕见的牙周脓肿术后并发牙源性眼眶蜂窝织炎患者的护理经验。患者为70岁男性，因牙周手术后右眼红肿、疼痛加重入院，诊断为右侧眼眶蜂窝织炎及眼睑脓肿。护理重点包括眼睑脓肿引流管理、口腔感染控制、海绵窦血栓动态预警、中西医结合疼痛干预（穴位埋针及中药足浴）及个性化情志护理。通过系统的护理措施，患者疼痛评分（NRS）由4分降至0分，睡眠质量（PSQI）由17分改善至10分，右眼视力恢复至0.5，未出现严重并发症。本案例通过多学科协作与中西医结合护理，为罕见牙源性眼眶蜂窝织炎的临床管理提供了实践参考，凸显了早期干预与个性化护理的重要性。

Abstract

This article reports the nursing experience of a rare case of odontogenic orbital cellulitis after tooth extraction. The patient was a 70-year-old male who was admitted to the hospital due to right eye redness， swelling， and increased pain after tooth extraction. He was diagnosed with right orbital cellulitis and eyelid abscess. The key points of nursing included management of eyelid abscess drainage， control of oral infection， dynamic warning of cavernous sinus thrombosis， integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine pain intervention （acupuncture at acupoints and foot bath with Chinese medicine）， and individualized emotional care. Through systematic nursing measures， the patient's pain score （NRS） decreased from 4 points to 0 points， sleep quality （PSQI） improved from 17 points to 10 points， right eye vision recovered to 0.5， and no serious complications occurred. This case provides practical reference for the clinical management of rare odontogenic orbital cellulitis through multidisciplinary collaboration and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， highlighting the importance of early intervention and individualized care.
