摘要

本文总结1例中药塌渍联合中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎的护理经验。本例患者因下腹部疼痛入院并确诊为盆腔炎，基于辨证施护予患者中医联合治疗，具体包括中药灌肠、中药塌渍治疗并关注患者心理护理。经过一系列治疗，患者已痊愈出院，此类操作安全无创，且患者依从性高，以期为类似疾病提供相关经验。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of pelvic inflammatory disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine collapse and enema. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to lower abdominal pain and was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease. Based on the syndrome differentiation， the patient was given TCM combined treatment， including TCM enema， TCM sloughing treatment and psychological care. After a series of treatment， the patient has recovered and discharged from the hospital. This kind of operation is safe and non-invasive， and the patient's compliance is high， in order to provide relevant experience for similar diseases.
