This article summarizes the clinical data of a patient with syncope as the initial symptom. In order to clarify the diagnosis of the patient, enhanced CT was performed. During the scanning process, iodinated propamide contrast agent extravasation occurred. Through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, based on the nursing concept of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation, the patient was treated with ear acupressure pills and traditional Chinese medicine stains, and intervention measures such as daily living care, dietary care, and emotional care were taken to effectively improve the patient's condition and avoid serious complications.
