摘要

本文以1例艾灸疗法缓解腹膜透析患者腹痛临床实践应用为例，基于中医辨证基础，予患者艾灸治疗并进行动态观察，同时配合饮食护理、运动护理及情志护理等常规护理措施，有效改善腹膜透析患者腹痛症状，延长患者腹膜透析时间，维持了患者的生命通道。

Abstract

This article presents a clinical case of moxibustion therapy applied to alleviate abdominal pain in a peritoneal dialysis patient. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， the patient received moxibustion treatment with dynamic observation， complemented by conventional nursing interventions such as dietary guidance， exercise therapy， and emotional care. The integrated approach effectively improved the patient’s abdominal pain symptoms， prolonged peritoneal dialysis duration， and preserved the patient’s vital access.
