摘要

本文总结基于“络脉—玄府”理论下应用耳穴“三序”疗法改善1例华蟾素所致肺癌皮肤瘙痒患者的护理体会。在中医“络脉—玄府”理论指导下，应用耳穴“三序”疗法，并配合常规生活起居、饮食及情志等护理措施，有效改善患者瘙痒、乏力和焦虑症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying auricular point "three sequence" therapy to improve the skin itching of a patient with lung cancer caused by cinobufacini based on the "collateral vessels Xuanfu" theory. Under the guidance of the theory of "collaterals Xuanfu" in traditional Chinese medicine， the "three sequence" therapy of ear acupoints， combined with routine living， diet， emotion and other nursing measures， can effectively improve the symptoms of itching， fatigue and anxiety of patients.
