摘要

本文旨在观察穴位中药膏摩在肛漏术后便秘护理中的应用效果，并总结相关护理经验。在传统中药膏摩基础上，本文采用穴位中药膏摩护理方案，并依据手指点穴理论，对1例肛漏术后便秘患者进行疗效观察，结果表明该方案能显著缓解患者便秘症状，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This study aims to observe the application effect of acupoint herbal ointment massage in constipation nursing after anal fistula surgery and summarize related nursing experiences. Building upon traditional Chinese herbal ointment massage， this paper adopts an acupoint herbal ointment massage nursing protocol guided by finger acupoint stimulation theory. The therapeutic observation conducted on one postoperative anal fistula patient with constipation demonstrated that this protocol significantly alleviated constipation symptoms and improved the patient's quality of life.
