摘要

本文总结中西医结合治疗1例急性前列腺炎患者的护理体会。在常规抗炎、止痛及退热治疗的基础上，以中医辨证为理论，运用手指点穴、中药膏摩、艾灸器灸法与穴位贴敷联合对症治疗，同时指导患者行提肛呼吸功能锻炼，配合饮食护理、生活起居护理及情志护理，有效改善患者排尿症状，护理效果满意。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of 1 case of acute prostatitis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. On the basis of conventional anti-inflammatory， analgesic and antipyretic treatment， based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， finger acupuncture， traditional Chinese medicine ointment and moxibustion， moxibustion with moxibustion apparatus and acupoint application combined with symptomatic treatment were used. At the same time， patients were guided to carry out anal respiratory function exercise， combined with diet nursing， daily life nursing and emotional nursing， which effectively improved patients' urination symptoms， and the nursing effect was satisfactory.
