摘要

本文总结1例子宫内膜癌转移至腹腔并发腹腔积液患者的中西医结合护理查房经验。在护理查房过程中，由责任护士汇报病例，医生分析病情，医护联合对重点护理内容进行分析讨论。结合病情进行辨证分析，采用中医特色技术给予患者辨证施术，如穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压、温灸、辨证施膳、辨证施情；西医治疗给予患者利尿、补充蛋白、测腹围、监测血糖、留置腹腔、胸腔引流管对症治疗，经过周期治疗，有效缓解了患者因子宫内膜癌转移致腹腔并发腹腔积液带来的腹胀、呼吸困难，食欲不振，双下肢重度水肿等不适。中西结合护理查房也能够提升护士对腹腔积液专科知识的了解，提高护理人员的护理能力。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing round for a case of endometrial cancer metastasis to the abdominal cavity and concurrent abdominal fluid accumulation. During the nursing ward round， the responsible nurse reported the case， the doctor analyzed the condition， and the medical staff jointly analyzed and discussed the key nursing contents. Through the analysis of the condition， Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic techniques were used to give the patient syndrome differentiation and surgery， such as acupoint application， auricular acupoint application， warm moxibustion， syndrome differentiation and diet， and syndrome differentiation and emotion. Western medicine treatment provided the patient with diuresis， protein supplementation， abdominal circumference measurement， blood sugar monitoring， retention of abdominal cavity， and chest drainage tube symptomatic treatment. After periodic treatment， the patient's discomfort caused by abdominal fluid accumulation due to endometrial cancer metastasis was effectively relieved， including bloating， breathing difficulties， loss of appetite， severe edema in both lower limbs， etc. Practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing helps to improve nurses' understanding of specialized knowledge about ascites， and enhance the nursing ability of nursing staff.
