摘要

本文总结1例中医情志疗法联合耳穴压豆治疗急性会厌炎合并焦虑状态患者的护理经验。在常规治疗护理的基础上，对患者的憋气症状、焦虑状态与睡眠质量进行评估，通过中医情志疗法联合耳穴压豆对患者实施干预。干预后，患者憋气症状较前明显缓解，焦虑自评量表（SAS）及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分分值均明显下降。中医情志疗法联合耳穴压豆协同增效，改善患者焦虑状态，提升睡眠质量，帮助患者早日康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with Acute Epiglottitis Complicated with anxiety treated by TCM emotional therapy combined with auricular point pressing beans. On the basis of routine treatment and nursing， the patients' breath holding symptoms， anxiety state and sleep quality were evaluated， and the patients were intervened by TCM emotional therapy combined with ear acupoint pressing beans. After the intervention， the patient's suffocation symptoms were significantly relieved， and the scores of self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） were significantly decreased. Traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy combined with ear acupoint pressing beans synergistically improves patients' anxiety， improves sleep quality， and helps patients recover as soon as possible.
