摘要

本文总结1例混合痔患者的中医护理体会。在中医辨证施护原则指导下，予患者中药汤剂、耳穴压丸联合耳尖放血治疗，辅以患者情志护理、饮食护理、生活护理、运动护理及健康宣教等常规护理措施。经过3个疗程的门诊精心治疗与护理，患者血栓外痔消失，炎症消散，疼痛消失，紧张焦虑情绪明显好转。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the TCM nursing experience of a patient with mixed hemorrhoids. Under the guidance of the principle of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing， the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction， auricular point pressure pills combined with ear tip exsanguination， supplemented with routine nursing measures such as emotional nursing， diet nursing， life nursing， exercise nursing and health education. After 3 courses of careful treatment and nursing in the outpatient department， the patient's thrombus and external hemorrhoids disappeared， the inflammation dissipated， the pain disappeared， and the tension and anxiety improved significantly.
