摘要

本文总结1例中青年肝阳上亢证眩晕患者的护理经验。以“滋水涵木”理论为指导，采用耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合穴位贴敷疗法干预患者症状，以达到疏通筋脉、调畅气血及调和阴阳的目的，最终患者头晕症状得到改善，血压平稳。此种联合技术干预高血压安全有效，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a young and middle-aged patient with vertigo due to hyperactivity of liver yang. Guided by the theory of "nourishing water and protecting wood"， ear holographic copper needle scraping combined with acupoint application therapy was used to intervene patients' symptoms， so as to achieve the purpose of dredging muscles and veins， regulating qi and blood， and harmonizing Yin and Yang. Finally， patients' dizziness symptoms were improved and blood pressure was stable. This combined technology is safe and effective in the intervention of hypertension， which is worthy of clinical reference.
