摘要

本案例报道运用中西医结合护理1例脱疽患者，在生活、饮食及心理等常规护理基础下，运用中医辨证理论开展整体与局部护理，分享中医化腐清创术、中药塌渍治疗等中医特色技术，有效修复患肢伤口，缓解下肢症状，提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract

this case reports the use of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to care for a patient with gangrene. On the basis of routine care such as life， diet and psychology， the use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory to carry out overall and local care， share traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technologies such as traditional Chinese Medicine anti-corruption debridement， traditional Chinese medicine sloughing treatment， effectively repair the wound of the affected limb， relieve the symptoms of the lower limb， and improve the quality of life of patients.
