摘要

本文总结1例肋骨骨折合并血胸胸带固定患者的中西医结合护理体会。选取我院2024年4月1日收治的1例肋骨骨折合并血胸患者作为研究对象，予患者胸带固定必要时行壁式胸腔引流，密切观察引流液及引流管固定情况。在中医基础理论指导下，辨证采用督灸联合穴位埋针改善患者疼痛及睡眠不佳症状，并配合实施常规护理措施。经治疗，患者肋骨骨折后不适情况得到有效缓解，有效提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care for a patient with rib fracture complicated with hemothorax treated with chest band fixation. A patient admitted to our hospital on April 1， 2024， with rib fracture complicated with hemothorax was selected as the research subject. The patient was given chest band fixation and， if necessary， wall chest drainage. The drainage fluid and the fixation of the drainage tube were closely observed. Under the guidance of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine， the patient was treated with moxibustion along the governor vessel combined with acupoint embedding to improve the symptoms of pain and poor sleep， and conventional nursing measures were also implemented. After treatment， the patient's discomfort after rib fracture was effectively relieved， and the quality of life was significantly improved.
