摘要

本文总结医护一体化模式下1例高龄胃癌术后早期肠梗阻患者的护理查房经验。分析患者的临床资料，由责任护士汇报病例，医生分析病情，医护联合针对重难点护理内容进行讨论，通过中西医理论的结合，制定个性化的护理方案，重建医、护、患三位一体的治疗和护理模式，达到实施整体护理的效果。本案例在西医常规护理的基础上采用中药灌肠、中药热奄包、耳穴压丸等中医特色护理，有效改善患者术后早期肠梗阻的腹痛腹胀的症状，避免了二次手术，有效提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing ward round experience for an elderly patient with early postoperative intestinal obstruction following gastric cancer surgery under an integrated medical-nursing care model. By analyzing the patient's clinical data， the responsible nurse presented the case， the physician analyzed the condition， and medical-nursing joint discussions were conducted on key and challenging aspects of care. Through the integration of Chinese and Western medical theories， a personalized nursing plan was formulated， reconstructing a trinity model of physician-nurse-patient collaboration in treatment and care， thereby achieving holistic nursing outcomes. Building on conventional Western nursing practices， this case incorporated traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） interventions such as Chinese herbal enema， Chinese herbal hot compress packs， and auricular acupoint pressing. These approaches effectively alleviated the patient's abdominal pain and distension caused by early postoperative intestinal obstruction， avoided secondary surgery， and significantly improved the patient's quality of life.
