摘要

本文总结1例后循环缺血患者的中医护理体会。根据患者情况进行辨证分析，采用眩晕护理常规进行饮食指导、情志护理及生活起居护理，结合运用中医特色技术耳穴压丸进行干预，从而改善患者眩晕症状及不良心理情绪，患者预后情况良好。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the TCM nursing experience of a patient with posterior circulation ischemia. According to the patient's situation， the syndrome differentiation analysis was carried out， and the vertigo nursing routine was used for diet guidance， emotional nursing and daily life nursing， combined with the use of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology ear acupoint pressing pills for intervention， so as to improve the vertigo symptoms and adverse psychological emotions of patients， and the prognosis of patients was good.
