摘要

本文总结1例小儿推拿联合蜜芽罐走罐治疗胃肠积热型患儿的护理经验。在中医理论的指导下进行辨证施护，对患儿实施小儿便秘推拿、蜜芽罐膀胱经走罐治疗，配合辨证施膳及健康指导，有效改善患儿便秘症状，提高患儿生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of children with gastrointestinal heat syndrome treated by massage combined with honey bud jar cupping. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， syndrome differentiation nursing was carried out for children with constipation， including massage for children with constipation， honey bud jar Bladder Meridian cupping treatment， combined with syndrome differentiation diet and health guidance， which effectively improved the symptoms of constipation and the quality of life of children.
