摘要

本文总结1例原发性痛经患者应用平衡火罐紫铜罐联合葫芦灸中医护理操作进行治疗的护理体会。在中医理论指导下，通过中医四诊合参进行护理评估，辨证应用平衡火罐紫铜罐及葫芦灸疗法，在生活起居、饮食、情志护理及健康宣教等方面予以辨证施护。经过3个疗程的治疗，有效缓解患者经行小腹及腰骶冷痛、神疲乏力、手脚冰凉及倦怠等症状，明显改善患者焦虑状态。此法安全性高且无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with primary dysmenorrhea who was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine nursing operation of balanced cupping and copper cupping combined with gourd moxibustion. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， nursing evaluation is carried out through the combination of the four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine. Balanced cupping， purple copper cupping， and gourd moxibustion therapy are applied for syndrome differentiation in daily life， diet， emotional care， and health education. After three courses of treatment， the patient's symptoms of lower abdominal and lumbosacral cold pain， fatigue， cold hands and feet， and fatigue were effectively relieved， and the patient's anxiety state was significantly improved. This method has high safety and no adverse reactions， and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
