摘要

本文探讨CBL教学法与情景模拟法在脾肾两虚夹瘀型月经不调中医护理教案中的应用。月经不调在中医中多因肝气郁结、脾虚不运与气不摄血等导致，中医常用外治法包括刮痧、拔罐等，其中虎符铜砭刮痧通过疏通经络、活血化瘀，对改善月经不调症状有显著效果。教学中通过CBL结合情景模拟法，以临床案例为基础，引导学生讨论并掌握虎符铜砭刮痧技术，提升学生临床思维、应变能力与护患沟通能力。

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of CBL teaching method and scenario simulation method in TCM nursing teaching plan of irregular menstruation of spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis. Irregular menstruation in traditional Chinese medicine is often caused by stagnation of liver qi， spleen deficiency and Qi failure to absorb blood， etc. the commonly used external treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine include scraping， cupping， etc. among them， Hufu copper needle scraping has a significant effect on improving the symptoms of irregular menstruation by dredging the meridians， activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In the teaching， CBL combined with scenario simulation method， based on clinical cases， guided students to discuss and master the scrapping technology of Hufu copper needle， and improved students' clinical thinking， strain ability and nurse patient communication ability.
