摘要

本文总结1例如意金黄散辅助治疗外阴癌会阴窦道患者的护理体会。通过科学的评估和辨证分型，确定患者护理方案，基于中医基础理论采用中药外敷如意金黄散，同时配合疼痛管理、控制感染、缓解焦虑和心理干预后，患者会阴窦道愈合，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of vulvar cancer patients with perineal sinus treated with Ruyi Jinhuang powder. Through scientific evaluation and syndrome differentiation， the patient's nursing plan was determined. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， Ruyi Jinhuang powder was applied externally. At the same time， after pain management， infection control， anxiety relief and psychological intervention， the patients' perineal sinus tract healed and the quality of life of patients was improved.
