摘要

本文总结穴位贴敷治疗1例慢性肾功能衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护，予穴位贴敷治疗，配合情志护理、饮食护理、床旁血滤净化治疗及呼吸功能锻炼，有效缓解患者病情进展，提高患者治疗效果和生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of acupoint application therapy in a case of chronic renal failure complicated with respiratory failure. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation nursing principles， acupoint application therapy was implemented alongside emotional counseling， dietary management， bedside blood purification therapy， and respiratory function training. This comprehensive intervention effectively alleviated disease progression， improved treatment outcomes， and enhanced the patient's quality of life.
