摘要

本文总结应用中药涂擦联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏（喜辽妥）外涂治疗1例自体内瘘血肿消散的护理效果和经验。血肿发生后积极进行内瘘评估、及时压迫止血适当冷敷，运用热敷、中药涂擦、喜辽妥外涂并配合内瘘护理、饮食护理及情志护理，加快内瘘血肿消散，利于血管损伤恢复，并为今后此类血液透析内瘘血肿病人的护理提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing efficacy and experience of applying topical Chinese herbal medicine combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream （Hirudoid） in treating hematoma resolution for one case of autogenous arteriovenous fistula. Following hematoma occurrence， active fistula assessment was conducted alongside timely compression hemostasis and appropriate cold compress. Comprehensive interventions including hot compress， topical application of Chinese herbal medicine， and Hirudoid ointment application were implemented， combined with specialized fistula care， dietary nursing， and psychological support. These measures effectively accelerated hematoma resolution and promoted vascular injury recovery in the arteriovenous fistula， while providing valuable references for nursing management of hemodialysis patients with fistula hematoma in clinical practice.
