摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗胰十二指肠术后胃瘫患者的护理体会。基于患者的实际病情，实施耳穴压丸、针刺和穴位注射等中医特色技术，同时结合饮食护理、情志护理等措施，制定个体护理计划，提升护理质量，以达到整体施护的效果，有效促进患者的康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of gastroparesis after pancreaticoduodenectomy treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Based on the actual condition of patients， the implementation of ear acupoint pressure pills， acupuncture and acupoint injection and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technologies， combined with dietary nursing， emotional nursing and other measures， formulate individual nursing plans， improve the quality of nursing， so as to achieve the effect of overall nursing and effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
