摘要

本文总结咽四针联合小儿抽动推拿手法治疗1例脾虚肝亢证抽动障碍患儿的护理体会。在中医理论指导下进行辨证施护，在患儿咽部特定穴位应用揿针和小儿抽动推拿手法进行治疗，患儿症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of pharyngeal four needle combined with children's tic massage in the treatment of 1 child with tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， the syndrome differentiation nursing was carried out， and the pressing needle and children's tic massage manipulation were applied to the specific acupoints of the pharynx of children， and the symptoms of children were significantly improved.
