摘要

本文总结手指点穴联合艾灸疗法改善1例脑梗死恢复期右上肢活动不利患者的护理经验。右上肢活动不利作为脑梗死恢复期患者最主要的症状，严重影响患者的身心健康，降低其生活质量。护理人员在完善常规护理的基础上，对1例脑梗死恢复期右上肢活动不利患者采用中医手指点穴联合艾灸疗法进行干预，有效缓解患者右上肢活动不利症状，提高患者的生活质量，且此项操作简洁、不良反应少，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of finger acupuncture combined with Moxibustion in improving the activity of the right upper limb of a patient with cerebral infarction in the recovery period. As the main symptom of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence， the activity of the right upper limb is unfavorable， which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and reduces their quality of life. On the basis of improving the routine nursing， the nursing staff intervened a patient with unfavorable activity of the right upper limb in the recovery period of cerebral infarction with finger acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy， which effectively alleviated the symptoms of unfavorable activity of the right upper limb of the patient， improved the quality of life of the patient， and this operation was simple and had few adverse reactions， which was worthy of clinical reference.
