摘要

本文总结1例淋证重症感染伴焦虑状态患者的护理经验。通过焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale， SAS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index， PSQI）以及视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale， VAS）评估患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量以及疼痛程度。在常规护理基础上，予患者中医特色耳穴贴压联合人文关怀的护理措施。经治疗，患者焦虑状态、睡眠质量及疼痛症状得到显著改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with severe strangury syndrome （urinary tract infection） complicated by anxiety. The patient's anxiety level， sleep quality， and pain intensity were assessed using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）， Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）， and Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）， respectively. Based on routine care， integrated interventions including auricular acupressure （TCM-specific therapy） and humanistic care were implemented. Post-intervention， significant improvements were observed in the patient's anxiety status， sleep quality， and pain symptoms.
