摘要

本文总结1例前列腺增生患者行手指点穴联合中药塌渍治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护，通过手指点穴联合中药塌渍，配合生活起居护理、饮食护理及情志护理能有效缓解前列腺增生患者的膀胱痉挛疼痛，改善排尿困难，缓解患者焦虑情绪。该方法无不良反应，疗效显著，患者易于接受，可供临床推广借鉴。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the effect observation and nursing experience of 1 case of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with finger acupoint combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing， through finger acupoints combined with traditional Chinese medicine sloughing， combined with daily life nursing， diet nursing and emotional nursing， can effectively relieve bladder spasm pain of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia， improve dysuria， and relieve anxiety of patients. This method has no adverse reactions， significant curative effect， and is easy for patients to accept， which can be used for reference in clinical promotion.
