摘要

本文总结1例2型糖尿病合并多处骨折患者术后高血糖的护理体会，展现中医特色，即子午流注择时耳穴揿针治疗糖尿病患者的降糖效果。早期血糖监测管理极为重要，同时给患肢消肿止痛为手术提供良好条件；术后血糖控制良好及正确的康复训练，为骨折快速愈合提供良好的平台。通过运用中西医结合治疗方法，患者出院时展现较高的血糖达标率，切口愈合良好。出院1个月后随访，患者血糖控制良好，患肢功能逐渐康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with multiple fractures with postoperative hyperglycemia， and shows the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine， that is， the hypoglycemic effect of midnight noon ebb flow timing auricular acupressure in the treatment of diabetic patients. Early blood glucose monitoring and management is very important， and at the same time， it provides good conditions for the operation to reduce swelling and pain of the affected limb； Good blood glucose control and correct rehabilitation training provide a good platform for rapid fracture healing. Through the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment， the patient showed a high blood glucose compliance rate when discharged， and the incision healed well. One month after discharge， the patient was followed up， and the blood glucose was well controlled， and the affected limb function gradually recovered.
