摘要

本文总结1例便秘推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗脑瘫术后患者便秘的护理体会。在完善各项临床检查后，在中医理论指导下通过辨证采用便秘推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗患者术后腹胀便秘症状，配合常规护理及心理护理。经治疗，患者术后出现的腹胀便秘等不适症状明显改善，有效提升了患者术后生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of constipation treated by massage combined with Acupoint Application in the treatment of constipation in patients with cerebral palsy after operation. After improving various clinical examinations， under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， constipation massage combined with acupoint application was used to treat patients with postoperative abdominal distension and constipation symptoms through syndrome differentiation， combined with routine nursing and psychological nursing. After treatment， the patient's discomfort symptoms such as abdominal distension and constipation after operation were significantly improved， which effectively improved the patient's postoperative quality of life.
