摘要

目的

探讨虎符铜砭刮痧治疗膝痹的护理经验。

方法

采用中西医结合的方法，在常规治疗后辅以中医特色疗法虎符铜砭刮痧治疗三个疗程。每个疗程结束后使用视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、西安大略与麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）总分、Barthel指数（the Barthelindex of ADL）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）量表和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评估患者症状改善情况。

结果

本例患者常规治疗加虎符铜砭刮痧治疗三个疗程后，患者最终疼痛缓解、关节功能改善、日常生活能力提高，睡眠与焦虑状况改善。VAS评分从8分降至2分，WOMAC总分从69分降至18分，Barthel指数从55分增至100分，PSQI量表从16分降至6分，

S评分从62分降至36分。1个月后随访，患者未述不适，效果显著。

结论

虎符铜砭刮痧治疗膝痹能有效地减轻疼痛、肿胀，改善膝关节功能。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the nursing experience of Hufu copper needle scraping in the treatment of knee arthralgia.

Methods

The traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine was used， and the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy Hufu Tongbian scraping therapy was supplemented after conventional treatment for three courses. After each course of treatment， the visual analogue scale （VAS） score， Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index （WOMAC） total score， the barthelindex of ADL， Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） scale and self rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） were used to evaluate the improvement of patients' symptoms.

Results

After three courses of conventional treatment plus Hufu copper needle scraping therapy， the patient finally relieved pain， improved joint function， improved daily living ability， and improved sleep and anxiety. The VAS score decreased from 8 to 2， the WOMAC total score decreased from 69 to 18， the Barthel index increased from 55 to 100， the PSQI scale decreased from 16 to 6， and the SAS score decreased from 62 to 36. After 1 month of follow-up， the patient did not report discomfort， and the effect was significant.

Conclusion

Hufu Tongbian scraping can effectively reduce pain and swelling and improve knee joint function in the treatment of knee arthralgia.
