摘要

本文总结1例腹部穴位按摩联合艾条灸治疗老年功能性便秘患者的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理理论指导下，采用腹部穴位按摩联合艾条灸中医外治疗法，一方面可增强肠道黏膜的应激能力，改善肠道血液循环，提升脾胃功能；另一方面可益气健脾、通调胃肠，改善肠动力，二者相互协同，双重刺激，可有效改善老年功能性便秘症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with functional constipation treated with abdominal acupoint massage combined with moxa stick moxibustion. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine nursing based on syndrome differentiation， the use of abdominal acupoint massage combined with moxa stick moxibustion as a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy can enhance the stress capacity of the intestinal mucosa， improve intestinal blood circulation， and enhance spleen and stomach function； On the other hand， it can nourish qi and spleen， regulate the gastrointestinal tract， improve intestinal motility. The two work together and stimulate each other， effectively improving the symptoms of functional constipation in the elderly.
