摘要

本文总结1例淋证患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。基于患者的实际病情，进行医护一体化查房，从患者的病因、病机、护理问题、护理目标、护理措施及护理效果进行汇报，并对重点内容和疑难点进行讨论，医护共同制定护理计划，实施艾条灸、中药热奄包中医特色技术，同时予以患者辨证施护，强化医护协作，提升护理质量，提高患者满意度。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the practical experience of a case of gonorrhea patients with TCM nursing ward round. Based on the actual condition of the patient， carry out an integrated medical ward round， report from the patient's etiology， pathogenesis， nursing problems， nursing objectives， nursing measures and nursing effects， and discuss the key contents and difficult points. The medical staff and nurses jointly formulate a nursing plan， implement moxa stick moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine hot roll bag traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology， and provide patients with syndrome differentiation nursing， strengthen medical cooperation， improve nursing quality， and improve patient satisfaction.
