摘要

本文总结1例利用混合疗法治疗3期压力性损伤（院前压疮）的护理经验。通过在患者压疮处外涂德莫林皮肤创面敷料、碘伏、生肌膏及地榆油进行局部护理，同时给予个性化营养支持、疼痛管理及情志护理等相关措施，住院期间患者伤口基本愈合，疼痛减轻，睡眠情况得到改善。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of using mixed therapy to treat stage 3 pressure injury （pre hospital pressure ulcer）. Through the topical nursing of patients with pressure sores with external application of demolin skin wound dressing， iodophor， Shengji ointment and Sanguisorba oil， as well as personalized nutritional support， pain management and emotional nursing， the wounds of patients were basically healed during hospitalization， the pain was reduced， and the sleep condition was improved.
