摘要

本文总结1例手法推拿联合砭石中药膏摩治疗功能性消化不良患儿的护理体会。予患儿针对性手法推拿联合砭石中药膏摩治疗，并从生活起居、饮食调护、情志调护及腹部按摩等方面进行常规护理及健康宣教，有效改善患儿功能性消化不良症状，提高患儿生活质量，从而降低小儿疾病的复发率。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a child with functional dyspepsia by combined therapy of manipulative massage and Chinese herbal ointment application with Bian Shi stones. The child was given targeted manipulative massage combined with Bian Shi stone Chinese herbal ointment application， and routine nursing and health education were provided in terms of daily life， diet， emotional care， and abdominal massage. This effectively improved the symptoms of functional dyspepsia in the child， enhanced the child's quality of life， and thereby reduced the recurrence rate of pediatric diseases.
