摘要

本文总结1例因损毁伤伴重型胸外伤后引起的创伤后应激障碍患者的护理体会。采用创伤后应激障碍临床症状量表早期筛查，初步评估患者是否有创伤后应激相关障碍，并采取措施干预。通过对患者进行针对性护理措施，包括病情护理、疼痛护理、营养支持及中医适宜技术（耳穴三联疗法），建立关系，予患者心理护理、综合积极情绪疗法（五音疗法、饮食疗法、认知行为疗法联合阅读疗法）等。患者经历积极治疗与精心护理后，恢复良好出院。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with post-traumatic stress disorder （PTSD） caused by disfiguring injury and severe chest trauma. The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Symptom Scale was used for early screening to initially assess whether the patient had PTSD-related disorders， and intervention measures were taken. Targeted nursing measures were provided to the patient， including disease care， pain care， nutritional support， and traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques （triple therapy of auricular points）， relationship building， psychological care， and comprehensive positive emotion therapy （five-tone therapy， dietary therapy， cognitive behavioral therapy combined with reading therapy）. After active treatment and meticulous care， the patient recovered well and was discharged.
