摘要

本文总结1例高龄顽固性便秘患者腹胀的护理经验。根据中医辨病辨证理论为患者实施砭石中药膏摩、中药保留灌肠联合对症治疗，同时予饮食护理及情志护理干预，患者便秘及腹胀情况得到改善，以期为高龄老年便秘腹胀患者护理提供参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of abdominal distension in an elderly patient with intractable constipation. According to the theory of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine， patients were treated with stone needle traditional Chinese medicine ointment and moxibustion， traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with symptomatic treatment， and at the same time， diet nursing and emotional nursing intervention were given. The patients' constipation and abdominal distension were improved， in order to provide reference for the nursing of elderly patients with constipation and abdominal distension.
