摘要

本文总结1例肠梗阻患者实施中药保留灌肠和针灸治疗的护理经验。对患者开展全面护理评估，在常规护理基础上实施中医结合治疗和护理，中医予保留灌肠及针灸等治疗措施，并加强饮食和情志护理，相互补充，相互发展，发挥中医特色护理技术优势，有效缓解患者腹痛、腹胀及腹泻等症状。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with intestinal obstruction who was treated with retention enema of Chinese medicine and acupuncture and moxibustion. Carry out comprehensive nursing evaluation for patients， implement TCM combined treatment and nursing based on routine nursing， retain enema， acupuncture and moxibustion and other treatment measures in TCM， strengthen diet and emotional nursing， complement and develop each other， give play to the advantages of nursing techniques with Chinese characteristics， and effectively relieve abdominal pain， abdominal distention， diarrhea and other symptoms of patients.
