摘要

带状疱疹是由水痘—带状疱疹病毒（VZV）引起的临床常见病、多发病，以皮肤症状多见，有典型皮疹伴明显神经痛等特征性表现，而累及内脏者相对较少。本文介绍1例因腰骶部带状疱疹导致尿潴留患者，通过梅花针扣刺联合排罐疗法治疗，疗效显著，无后遗神经痛，达到痊愈。

Abstract

Herpes zoster is a common clinical disease caused by varicella-zoster virus （VZV）. It is often characterized by skin symptoms， typical rash with obvious neuralgia， and relatively few cases involving internal organs. A patient with urinary retention caused by lumbosacral shingles was treated with plum-flower acupuncture combined with cupping therapy. The curative effect was remarkable， and no residual neuralgia was achieved.
