摘要

本文总结1例慢性心衰患者双下肢水肿的中西医结合护理经验。基于护理评估和中医的辨证施护，针对患者出入量管理、药物使用指导、水肿护理精准干预，以中药外敷技术、悬灸等中医非药物疗法改善患者水肿症状，提升疗效，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for a patient with chronic heart failure with edema of both lower limbs. Based on nursing evaluation and TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， aiming at patient in and out volume management， drug use guidance， and precise intervention of edema nursing， TCM non drug therapies such as external application technology of traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion can improve patients' edema symptoms， improve curative effect， and promote patients' rehabilitation.
