摘要

本文分析1例梅花针联合闪火罐治疗带状疱疹患者的护理病例。本例患者为75岁女性，于2024年9月6日入院，诊断为带状疱疹伴神经痛。我科医护团队制定综合治疗方案，包括梅花针联合闪火罐疗法、抗病毒治疗、镇痛药物以及局部护理措施。每日先使用梅花针扣刺疱疹处，随后进行闪火罐操作，通过改善局部微循环、排除毒邪瘀滞以缓解疼痛。治疗过程中，辅以抗病毒药物及对症支持，同时注重皮肤保护、心理支持和饮食管理。经过多种干预手段协同作用，患者疼痛显著缓解，皮疹逐渐愈合。通过综合治疗和护理干预，患者病情显著改善，皮疹逐渐愈合，疼痛缓解，顺利出院，随访显示患者生活质量明显提升，未发生疱疹后神经痛，体现梅花针联合闪火罐疗法在带状疱疹治疗中的临床价值。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the nursing of a case of herpes zoster treated by plum blossom needle combined with flash cupping. The patient， a 75 year old female， was admitted to the hospital on September 6， 2024 and was diagnosed with herpes zoster with neuralgia. The medical team of our department formulated a comprehensive treatment plan， including plum blossom needle combined with flash cupping therapy， antiviral treatment， analgesic drugs and local nursing measures. Use plum blossom needle to stab the herpes every day， and then use flash cupping to relieve pain by improving local microcirculation and eliminating toxin， evil and blood stasis. During the treatment， antiviral drugs and symptomatic support were supplemented， while skin protection， psychological support and dietary management were emphasized. After a variety of interventions， the patient's pain was significantly relieved and the rash gradually healed. Through comprehensive treatment and nursing intervention， the patient's condition was significantly improved， the rash gradually healed， the pain was relieved， and the patient was discharged smoothly. The follow-up showed that the patient's quality of life was significantly improved， and no postherpetic neuralgia occurred， reflecting the clinical value of plum blossom needle combined with flash cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster.
