摘要

本文总结水罐疗法联合循经穴位按摩治疗1例慢性阻塞性肺病所致咳嗽喘息的护理体会。通过辨证施护，采用中医外治技术，结合功能锻炼、饮食指导、情志护理及气道护理等常规护理措施，以达到止咳平喘、改善呼吸功能与提高患者生活质量的目的。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of water tank therapy combined with acupoint massage along the meridian in the treatment of cough and wheeze caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Through syndrome differentiation nursing， TCM external treatment technology， combined with functional exercise， dietary guidance， emotional nursing and airway nursing and other conventional nursing measures， in order to achieve the purpose of relieving cough and asthma， improving respiratory function and improving the quality of life of patients.
