摘要

本文总结1例基于圆运动六经辨证体系“运太阴、降阳明”法，运用中医特色疗法砭灸、铜砭刮痧改善慢性泄泻患者的护理个案。在常规护理基础上，给予患者砭灸、铜砭刮痧辨证施术治疗，结合辨证施膳、施教、施乐有效改善患者腹泻、腹部胀满及腹痛等临床症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes a nursing case of a patient with chronic diarrhea treated with needle moxibustion and copper needle scraping， which is based on the syndrome differentiation system of the six meridians of circular motion "moving Taiyin and lowering Yangming". On the basis of routine nursing， the patients were treated with needle moxibustion， copper needle scraping and syndrome differentiation， and the clinical symptoms such as diarrhea， abdominal fullness and abdominal pain were effectively improved by the combination of syndrome differentiation， diet， teaching and Xerox.
