摘要

总结1例育龄期多囊卵巢综合征合并2型糖尿病、肥胖及中度焦虑患者的护理经验。针对患者代谢紊乱、体重超标、心理困扰及疾病知识缺乏等共病问题，实施多维度结构化护理方案。采用中医平衡火罐技术（痰湿瘀阻证选穴）联合个体化辨证施膳周食谱，指导低强度超慢跑运动，并运用情志疏导、情绪宣泄与积极暗示等组合式心理干预。最终患者体重、代谢指标、焦虑情绪及自我管理能力均得到改善。这种融合中西医特色、兼顾身心的整合护理模式，对此类复杂共病患者具有有效性，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience for one patient of childbearing age with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）， obesity， and moderate anxiety. In view of the patient's comorbid problems， including metabolic disorders， excessive body weight， psychological distress， and insufficient disease-related knowledge， a multidimensional structured nursing program was implemented. Balanced cupping therapy in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）（with acupoint selection based on the phlegm-dampness stasis pattern/syndrome） was adopted in combination with an individualized weekly meal plan based on pattern differentiation and dietary therapy. Low-intensity ultra-slow jogging was instructed， and combined psychological interventions encompassing emotional regulation， emotional catharsis， and positive suggestion were applied. Ultimately， the patient's body weight， metabolic indicators， anxiety status， and self-management ability were all improved. This integrated nursing model， which combines the distinctive features of both Chinese and Western medicine while addressing both physical and psychological aspects， has demonstrated effectiveness for patients with such complex comorbidities and is worthy of clinical reference.
